The hourly rate for this position is $34-$40.00

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all and directing the day-to-day general residence, facility maintenance and physical operating needs of all units. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the safety, timely repairs, maintaining and preserving optimum quality of the products. This requires effective communication with the maintenance team, other leaders and departments.

Help foster a progressive, results-oriented culture, by leading by example, motivating, training and holding accountable all assigned team members for the execution of their roles to achieve rental goals. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate. 
• Two years of vocational trade or community college strongly preferred.
• Four years' experience of basic maintenance training or work-related experience. 
• Advanced understanding of electrical and plumbing. 
• Basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry, and appliances. 
• Supervisory aptitude or demonstration of aptitude or potential of the performance of supervisory duties such as serving as a group team leader.
