You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to craft robust proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that ensure both successful implementations and ongoing stability for Managed Services clients.</p> <p>In partnership with the sales team, you will formulate and execute a technical sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of the Google Cloud Platform. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help customers understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads to these solutions. Additionally you will educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Cloud and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud or on-premise as needed.</p> <p>Managed Services Excellence</p> <ul> <li>SLA Management: Ensuring deliverables and services meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li> <li>Incident Management & RCA: Participating in or leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical production issues to ensure ongoing system reliability.</li> <li>Long-term Stability: Managing the transition from implementation to ongoing operational support.</li> </ul> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop tai
