Position Requirements:

✔ U.S. Citizenship required✔ BSN or ADN✔ Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience within the last 5 years✔ Active BLS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and NRP certifications

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver expert care to critically ill newborns, using advanced respiratory support devices (e.g., ventilators, CPAP, iNO).
• Assess, monitor, and administer medications, IV fluids, and neonatal interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to parents, including breastfeeding guidance.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, recognize distress signs, and initiate neonatal resuscitation as needed.
