Personal Touch Food Service Inc. is hiring a dishwasher for North Collins Elementary School.  

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishware, and food service areas within the school system. This role supports the safe and efficient operation of school meal programs by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. 

Requirements

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand
   
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, dish room, storage areas, and waste disposal areas
   
• Properly handle, sort, and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
   
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including HACCP guidelines and local health department requirements
   
• Safely operate and maintain dishwashing equipment; report malfunctions or safety concerns to supervision
   
• Dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste in accordance with school procedures
   
• Adhere to all district policies related to safety, attendance, conduct, and confidentiality
   
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain proper hygiene standards

  Qualifications 

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
   
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
   
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety practices
   
• Ability to work cooperatively with food service staff and school personnel
