Job Overview:

The Patent Experience Data Analyst will utilize, gather and interpret data from a variety of resources (EHR, billing claims, cost reports, patient surveys, etc) to help the hospital improve the quality of care, lower the cost of care and enhance the patient experience. This analyst will lead multidisciplinary teams and leverage multiple sources of data in order to create dashboards and reports with actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other staff from all disciplines with varying degrees of technical and clinical experience is a must. This analyst will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
and a technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and issues related to health information management.

Required Certification/License/Experience:

• Healthcare experience 
• Analytics experience 

 

Preferred Certification/License/Experience:

• Experience with Epic
• Analytics experience required, degree in a related field preferred
