About the role
A Warehouse technician must be able to receive, store, supply and retrieve raw materials, work in progress and finished goods to/from carriers, storage areas and production departments.
***This position is a 12 hr night shift (7p-7a) that works on a 2/2/3 schedule; however, candidates need to be able to train on day shift and work any shift as needed.
The pay range starts at $19.32 per hour.
A differential of $2,50/hr is paid for hours worked between 7p-7a.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior mobile equipment experience
- Ability to lift containers used for measuring raw material samples
- Ability to walk on sloped or other uneven terrain/surfaces
- Willingness to perform outside work tasks regardless of weather or time of day
- Basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities
(This list is not all inclusive and may contain other duties as required.):
- Drive results in the key metrics of safety, waste, productivity and quality as established in the objectives for this position
- Accurate completion of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Accurate use of electronic inventory systems – terminal and RF units
- Operation of mobile equipment in a safe and orderly manner
- Unloading of bulk raw materials with regular lifting requirements up to 50 lbs
- Actively participate in the pursuit of a culture of safety as a foundational principle
- Actively participate in developing a positive culture focused on continuous improvement
- Promote the use of new policies and practices in support of continuous improvement
- Professionalism while interacting with internal/external customers and suppliers
