Job Summary
Full time -36hrs/wk. 4-9 hour shift 7:30am -5pm M-F with one day off during the week.Join a dynamic clinical team where your skills make a direct impact on patient care and comfort. In this role, you’ll support and assist with a variety of in-office procedures including trigger point injections, Botox treatments for migraines and TMJ, and ketamine infusions.
Your day-to-day will be diverse, balancing hands-on patient interaction with administrative coordination. Responsibilities include phone triage, managing in-basket and patient portal messages, and conducting preoperative intake calls for scheduled patients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey.
Qualifications
Education Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS (AHA)] - American Heart Association (AHA) preferred Neonatal Resuscitation Certification [NRP] - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification [PALS] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment. - Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Excellent verbal and communication skills. - Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
