Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
2. Paralegal or Compliance Certification.
3. A minimum of six (6) years of professional legal or compliance experience.
4. A minimum of one (1) year of management/supervisory experience or responsibility.
5. Working knowledge of or familiarity with compliance statutes and laws, both domestic and international.
6. Competence in third party management, onboarding, and due diligence.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team-building skills.
8. Ability to perform assignments with a high degree of independence requiring extensive experience, skill, and knowledge.
9. Excellent computer skills including competency in presentation, word processing and spreadsheet software, utilizing MS Office Suite.
