Description

Imagemaker will provide a reliable, month-to-month staffing model anchored by a full-time engineer dedicated to Dynamic Yield’s JetBlue program. We will assess the current DY configuration, coordinate integrations (including EveryMundo modules), optimize the booking funnel for upsell performance, deploy an API-driven recommendation carousel, and enable JetBlue’s mobile teams to start and sustain DY implementations—with governance, observability, and revenue attribution built in from day one.

Key Responsibilities

\- Lift conversion rate and ancillary revenue through targeted upsells and cross-sells across the booking funnel. \- Accelerate test-and-learn velocity with a governed experimentation backlog and clear guardrails. \- Establish reliable, month-to-month staffing to sustain campaign management and continuous improvements. \- Enable JetBlue’s mobile teams to independently execute and scale DY implementations. 

Technical Tasks

\- Events and Identity: Implement/view/add/start checkout/purchase as north-star events; define identity resolution and consent handling to ensure accurate targeting and measurement. \- Funnel and Experiments: Structure tests across search, selection, ancillaries, cart, and payment; use dynamic messaging and price anchoring with clear guardrails. \- APIs and Performance: Use DY decision APIs for recommendations with defined schema, business rules, and fallbacks; ensure performance via caching and edge/CDN strategies. \- Observability and ROI: Set latency/error budgets, instrument experiment tracking, and attribute outcomes to revenue; operationalize weekly scorecards and monthly ROI readouts. \- Mobile Delivery: Integrate DY via SDKs or API adapters; maintain a mobile patterns library with QA checklists and tracking wrappers for repeatable, high-quality releases.
