Identity Access Management Analyst

Job description We are seeking two experienced consultants to support a comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) enhancement program. Tasks: • leading initiatives to centralize Active Directory delegations, standardizing directory structures, and enforcing credential hygiene across system accounts • implementing key security measures to limit local administrator privileges on endpoints by redesigning the elevation request process and enforcing time-bound access policies • onboarding critical servers into a centralized Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution and integrating PAM with our Security Information Event Management (SIEM) system for real-time monitoring • following established Jira tasks and delivering measurable improvements aligned with KPIs related to visibility, consistency, security, and access governance
