About the role:
Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of our ERP system from SAP ECC to S4 HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize our core business processes, enabling BSC to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth.

As the Principal Business Analyst, Magellan Finance Business Transformation, you will play a critical role in driving the successful transformation of Finance operations across the BSC organization. Reporting to the Product Owner of the Magellan Finance team, you will represent Business Users and serve as a key liaison between functional teams, Magellan Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, Communities of Practice (CoP), and stakeholders across the global network. This program spans multiple phases—including Requirements Gathering, Design, Build and Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live Support—where your expertise will be essential in aligning business needs with scalable, forward-looking solutions.

While recruitment efforts are primarily focused in the United States (Marlborough, MA; Arden Hills, MN; Maple Grove, MN; Spencer, IN), we will also consider qualified candidates based in our international locations: Coyol and Heredia, Costa Rica; Clonmel and Galway, Ireland; and Penang, Malaysia.
