Position: Horticulture Team 1 

Reports to: Operations Supervisor 

Position 

Reports to Operations Supervisor. Responsible for producing crops and shipping finished product. You help to grow plants for our products that make life beautiful for customers all across the United States.

Specific Accountabilities

• Accepts verbal and/or written instructions and completes tasks to company standards
• Ability to work alone or within a group.
• Meet or exceed standard units per hour expectations (Target goals will be based on previously studied averages and shared with employees)
• Meet or exceed product quality standards.
• Organize or clean the greenhouse, warehouse, lunchroom, and/or restrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Specific Skills & Requirement

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb or balance as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to utilize hands in a repetitive motion for planting, cutting, and trimming
• Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary
