What You’ll be Doing

• Timely and accurately pull data from Clinicent daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Assist with formatting the updated Forecasts to templates to upload in Sage.
• Assist with double and triple checking Daily Journals.
• Timely process VPays and reconciliation daily.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Enter recurring accounts payable into Sage.
• Act as a general back up for Accounts Receivable Specialist and Accounts Payable Accountant.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers utilizing exceptional customer service skills with the intention of promoting and participating in positive relationship development, maintaining open and consistent dialogue while building relationships, and aligning strategies with Spooner’s customer service goals and Core Values.
• Maintain employee and patient information in compliance and accordance with State and Federal guidelines, HIPAA regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Adhere to all information security guidelines.
• Promote and participate in recognition of staff and team achievements.
• Communicate confidential information with the appropriate parties related to both employee and company financial information using sound judgment.
• Promote and participate in educational opportunities to enhance knowledge of job functions, industry changes, regulatory standards, and skill development.
• Meet regularly with the Controller to review, analyze, and develop individual and team goals and expectations.
• Support all members of the Executive Team and the decision-making process.
