This role leads high-impact engineering programs and partners closely with leadership to solve complex technical challenges and advance MetOx’s next-generation manufacturing platforms. This engineer drives architecture, influences technical direction, and ensures delivery of robust, scalable equipment solutions aligned to process and manufacturing needs</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Technical Leadership (Tool Building & MOCVD)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drives architecture, design, and delivery of complex mechanical systems for MOCVD and related deposition platforms.</li> <li>Anticipates future design challenges and develops scalable, high-performance solutions.</li> <li>Guides design decisions across vacuum, thermal, and precision mechanical systems.</li> <li>Translates process and materials requirements into robust, manufacturable tool designs.</li> <li>Establishes and advances best practices in DFx (Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, Reliability).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Engineering Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Shapes development processes, design standards, and engineering best practices for tool building.</li> <li>Influences technical direction for MOCVD platform evolution and equipment roadmap.</li> <li>Identifies opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and cost.</li> <li>Drives innovation in tool design to reduce technical risk and accelerate deployment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Program Management & Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads multi-team engineering initiatives from concept through build, integration, and production.</li> <li>Defines and manages project scope, timelines, and technical deliverables.</li> <li>Identifies and mitigates technical risks across complex programs.</li> <li>Partners with leadership to align engineering execution with company objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partners with Process, R&D, Manufacturing, and Equipment Engineering teams t
