What to expect as a CNA at Saint Mary Home 

As a CNA at Saint Mary Home, your responsibilities extend beyond care – it's a commitment to enhancing lives.

• Engage with Resident Care Plans, providing support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering, grooming, and mobility.

• Your observations and attention to detail are paramount as you will report any changes in residents' conditions to the Nursing Team.

• Seamlessly document your impact in our electronic medical records, contributing to the comprehensive care journey.

 

Requirements: 

1. Maintain Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of CT. 

2. Maintain C.P.R., First Aid Training, and Dementia Care training.
