This role is more than just coding. As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll oversee a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help our internal clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 

• 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, or C#
• 8+ years of experience with software development and enterprise database software such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, including developing scripts and stored procedures
• Experience with Agile methodology and use of Jira for requirements documentation and development management
• Experience architecting and writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications 
• Experience acquiring client requirements and working directly with functional system owners
• Ability to obtain a security clearance 
• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree 

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment 
• Experience with Unix shell scripting
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in PowerBI
• Experience developing workflow solutions using tools such as Integrify or Nintex/K2
• Knowledge of ERP software and financial business processes
