<h2><u>Job Description:</u></h2><p></p><p></p><p>Details of the role and how it fits into the team</p><p>Within the Corporate Bank, the desk is responsible for structuring and marketing interest rate and commodity derivative solutions to DB’s D/A/CH client base. We cover clients in the following segments: Large Caps, Mid Caps, Public Sector, Real Estate, Leverage Finance, Project Finance and High Yield.</p><p>The desk is focusing on risk management solutions in all relevant financing related situations, including asset/liability mix, mergers &amp; acquisitions as well as arbitrage and relative value transactions. Thereby the product universe reaches from plain-vanilla products up to highly structured tailor-made solutions.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Your key responsibilities</p><p>We seek a professional to cover relevant clients across the D/A/CH region for commodity products, mainly focusing on energy derivates and EUA related transactions.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>You are advising clients on commodity relate price risks</p></li><li><p>You are building client relationships through continuous, idea-driven coverage and customized updates on market developments</p></li><li><p>You will be working with all relevant stakeholders (trading, structuring, coverage, lending) to originate risk management solutions associated with clients’ strategic and financing activities</p></li><li><p>Your focus will be on long-term projects like event-driven/episodic situations</p></li><li><p>You are in charge to oversee all aspects of the trade process including documentation, regulation, credit mitigation, pricing and execution</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your skills and experiences</p><ul><li><p>Academic degree (MSc) preferably within Finance or Economics</p></li><li><p>5+ years experience in commodity sales, especially in the energy segment</p></li><li><p>Understanding of global commodity and financial markets as well as derivative structures</p></li><li><p>Strong quantitative and technical ability</p></li><li><p>Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow for comfort in client-facing situations</p></li><li><p>Problem solving skills and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude</p></li><li><p>Multiple European languages are a plus, German and English fluent on all levels</p></li></ul><p></p><p>What we offer</p><p>We provide you with a comprehensive portfolio of benefits and offerings to support both, your private and professional needs.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Emotionally and mentally balanced<br/>A positive mind helps us master the challenges of everyday life – both professionally and privately.
