Cocktail Server (UNION) Pool Bar - Aria

Aria is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Cocktail Servers for our Pool! In this role, you'll do more than just take orders – you'll curate moments that linger in the memories of our guests long after they've left our doors.  If you have a knack for anticipating needs, a penchant for storytelling, and a passion for creating memorable experiences, we want you on our team.

THE JOB:

As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.  By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:  $13.5902 / Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Efficiently and accurately take and serve food and drinks in designated areas
• Place orders, garnish, and serve cocktails to guests
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Be well-versed in hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities to accurately address guest inquiries
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including folding and stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, matches, and cocktail trays, restocking glassware, and inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned stations and service areas
• Address guest complaints within your authority; escalate unresolved issues to management and notify the supervisor and/or Security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or suspected theft

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain both a TAM card (Alcohol Awareness) and Food Handlers card
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One (1) year prior experience as a cocktail and/or food & beverage server in a similar environment
• Prior experience working in a high-volume food & beverage setting
• Prior involvement in fine dining or luxury establishments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently multitask
• Impeccable presentation and professionalism
• Comfortable with working in outside weather conditions
