We are currently seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Manchester, TN.

 

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our training matrix for all employees and ensuring that our employees meet the training requirements. You will also be expected to support the Quality Team in audits and process improvement initiatives.

  • The expected pay for this role is $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate the training for all employees
  • Own the training matrix
  • Maintain document and record control procedure
  • Complete assigned audits per schedule
  • Provide new hire training to new employees
  • Understand, follow and enforce Quality Policy
  • Understand and practice 5S
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Other duties may be assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills
  • The ability to aid in problem solving/ corrective actions
  • Ability to contribute to means of improvement, whether quality or any other way

Nice to Haves:

  • Preferred 2 years of experience in a quality position
