JCITA (Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy) is a premier institution that offers advanced counterintelligence (CI) training encompassing investigations, operations, collections, analysis, and functional services. Core one is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology & Audio Visual Specialist to join our esteemed team and assist the DIA JCITA IT & AV support teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the vital work of JCITA, assisting in the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology to enhance the training programs. As an Information Technology & Audio Visual Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT/AV infrastructure. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a ‘First Responder’ for JCITA students and staff, promptly addressing their IT/AV concerns, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions
• Execute government-mandated system relocations and replacements, ensuring the smooth transition of IT/AV infrastructure
• Follow established government procedures to submit and track Help Desk tickets, ensuring that all IT/AV issues are promptly addressed and resolved
• Act as a liaison for IT-related matters, collaborating and communicating to ensure the swift resolution of issues as well as serve as a trusted agent for burning CDs and securely transferring data between domains, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting IT/AV equipment issues
• Must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent degree
• TS/SCI Clearance
