We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all aspects of various technical projects, including software development, hardware installations, network upgrades, cloud computing, and information systems security measures.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be required to coordinate with various teams, establish project timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You should have a solid understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• End to end Project execution covering the entire project life cycle.
   
• Manage and lead the project team which includes Business Analyst, designing team, development team, and testing team.
   
• Technical experience in solution design & development:
   
• Frontend: React JS,Next JS, Vue JS.
   
• Backend: PHP, WordPress, and MVC frameworks like Laravel, Node JS, etc
   
• Database: MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.
   
• Strongly monitor and report the overall progress and effectively manage people utilization; take corrective action/steps whenever necessary.
   
• Manage project escalation and changes in Scope.
   
• Able to quickly define and redefine workflows to ensure project timelines are met and quality ensured.
   
• Adhere to Project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress.
   
• Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation.
   
• Ability to understand the situation, the client's viewpoint, and be able to reciprocate in the most appropriate and responsible way possible.
   
• Detail-oriented in terms of documentation, and gathering client requirements.
   
• Supports a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team performance.
   
• Ensures clear communication and organization of all strategic and business delivery team goals.
   
• Conduct daily stand-up calls with internal and client stakeholders as needed.
   
• Promote transparency and team empowerment across teams with positivity.
  
  
  Skills and Qualifications:
  
   
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
   
• 8+ years of project management experience.
   
• Strong presentation skills.
   
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
   
• Should be self-motivated, confident with a pleasing personality, and must be able to handle a team of 5-15 individuals.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
