RTR Global Process Expert-Financial System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Development and Governance of standard and efficient RtR (Record to Report) processes in area of: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reporting, Intercompany and banking
• Administration of Cadency Application for all 3 modules: Certification (Account Reconciliation), Journal Entry posting & Close, including but not limited to: user, account and task maintenance; account balance loads; account risk rating evaluation; status reporting; maintenance of relevant SOX controls; yearly schedule preparation; data storage control; periods opening and management, support in system upgrades and cooperation with application provider and IT
• Identifying process improvements and supporting successful process changes
• Supporting process standardization and automation initiatives  
• Supporting RtR Global Process and Transformation Manager in the execution of global strategy, including Cadency expansion  
• Designing processes in accordance to US GAAP, local legislation and SOX frame
• Back-up for Cadency Administrator in area of Certification, Journal Entries and Close.

Requirements:

• 5 years professional experience in RtR/finance area.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance application management in Finance and/or IT
• Fluent English language speaker
• MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and VBA
• Ability to summarize the outcomes into Presentation (Power Point) and through graphs techniques
• SAP knowledge
