The Sr. Technical Project Manager (TPM) is organized, flexible, and detail oriented with a background intechnical project/program management in areas such as product integrations, migrations, and implementations. They will manage multiple software implementations for partners, acting as a hybrid of project manager and technical/business consultant for customer onboarding in partnership with our Digital Operations and Engineering teams. This person will be the primary technical contact between our partner’s engineering team and Mineral.  

You will:

• Develop and maintaining a technology project plans, outlining a project's tasks, milestone dates, status, and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties
• Clearly defining and quantifying each step of the project, as well as establishing concrete deadlines for each project milestone and deliverable
• Assist internal and external resources in the coordination and maintenance of projects with partners
• Support customer integrations into the platform
• Manage multiple partner implementations, migrations, or integrations to our SaaS platform
• Lead project design sessions and provide guidance and best practices on configuration options and workflow design to meet partner needs
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve on or create additional operational processes
• Lead the collection of key project metrics and health/progress indicators
• Provide internal and external team members or leadership with consistent updates on projects in flight
• Prioritize work efforts based on contractual obligations and timeframes, organizational strategic plans, and resource availability
• Forecast project planning resource requirements
• Create executive level project updates (steering committees, dashboards, reporting, etc.)
• Collaborate with business sponsors to drive company initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

You have:

• 5+ in a customer facing technical project management role
• 5+ years engineering in a SaaS business
• In depth knowledge of APIs (SOAP & REST) and SSO (OpenID Connect) including best practices
• Ability to communicate cross functionally and globally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including translating technical verbiage to non-technical users
• Passion for proactive problem solving
• Comfort and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency communicating with end users and C Level executives
• Proficiency with project management software (JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, etc)
• Experience with sales engineering, technical customer support or professional services a plus
• Experience with Salesforce with an emphasis on reporting
• Data analytical skills a plus (such as read/write SQL queries)
• Experience in Root Cause analysis and troubleshooting complex software issues
• Proactive risk management and mitigation
• Basic knowledge in cybersecurity and privacy matters
• Proven ability to take ownership and responsibilities of projects and ensure their success
• Proven ability to proactively drive the completion of project tasks both internally and externally
• Proven level of comfort in ambiguous environments with the ability to provide informal leadership when needed

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP or CAPM Certification
• Agile Certification
• Scrum Certification
