The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the software development lifecycle and will be responsible for improving overall quality assurance outcomes by applying problem-solving skills, QA best practices, and various tools. The environment is fast-paced and requires taking the initiative and managing ambiguity to drive effective results. This role may interface with customers, subject matter experts, technical experts, developers, and other QC engineers globally and in different time zones.</p><p>The Staff  QC Automation Engineer will report to the Senior QC Manager of Software Engineering. The Software Engineer will have end-to-end ownership of features starting from testing, automation (if applicable), deployment, and helping with monitoring of the feature(s).</p><p>Like any technology company, we rely on QC to ensure that our products perform as promised. This role may interface with customers, subject matter experts, technical experts, developers, and other QA engineers globally and in different time zones.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review product specifications and write the test case, develop test plans for assigned areas in the Engineering team for Cloud Browser Isolation </li><li>Ability to design test plans with clear separation of functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests to ensure application quality.</li><li>Build and Automate test cases - Collaborate on the design and architecture of the automation framework.</li><li>Engage in test case execution, including defect documentation and tracking, resolution support, and fix verification.</li><li>Assist in the development and delivery of training to cross-functional teams</li><li>Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all software development lifecycle and support phases.</li><li>Recreate complex customer and production-reported issues to determine root causes and verify the fixes.</li><li>Work closely with the Engineering team to design a test strategy for their tools and components</li><li>Lead Technically the team, from the functional testing point of view and the automation testing point of view with the support of the Senior Quality Manager</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience testing software for cloud-based produ
