Fulfillment Center Team Lead(5S)

The Lead assists the Area Manager to coordinate activities of team members in fulfillment processes

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift.
• Involves taping and removing tape, including work performed in a kneeling position.
• Responsible for the addition or replacement of various colors of vinyl tape throughout the building to define Work In Progress (WIP) areas, drive paths, walk paths, parking areas, maintenance areas, and emergency areas.
• Tasks include the creation and application of floor labels for various areas, including floor locations, bin locations, rack locations, workstations, 5S tape labels, etc.
• Provide support for various projects and initiatives guided by the 5S team and operational goals.

• The addition of adding and cutting to size a foamcore, Magnetic or Coroplast backing to prints
• The creation and often application of Floor Labels for a variety of areas including Floor Location. Bin Locations, Rack Locations Workstations, 5S Tape Labels, etc.
• The Creation of Shadow boards that hold Brooms, cones and dustpans used throughout the building
• Designing of Vinyl Patterns that is then Cut, Weeded and applied to a variety of surfaces or backing materials
• Designing special event signage (using QRG, QVC and HSN brand colors and styles whenever possible)
• Adding of adhesive lamination film to special prints
• Adding Protective Laminate to letter size and smaller prints
• Printing of a variety of communications onto sizes greater than ledger size paper and/or in a variety of formats including Adhesive Paper, Photo Paper, Banner Vinyl, etc.
• Printing of a variety of communications onto standard letter or Ledger size Paper
• Assisting in the organization of an area to better manage operations
