Summer 2025 Internship

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the corporate MIS team as an intern for the summer of 2025. The MIS Intern will support various projects related to process improvements, software implementation or upgrades in the Civil Engineering Industry. In this role, the MIS Intern will primarily support the administration and coordination of MIS projects/activities to help facilitate the smooth and practical completion of the department’s objectives.  

Our summer internship allows you to work side-by-side with industry professionals on real-world projects while receiving the training, resources, and support to develop a well-rounded set of skills.

Location 

This position will be a hybrid position in our Chicago, IL office. 

The Impact You Will Have

• Assist the MIS team with various projects and program support and related organizational strategic initiatives
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation and step-by-step procedures.
• Ability to work 24 - 32 hours per week

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Proficiency with Excel, related to data gathering and analysis
• A strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn the data and system side of this field

Illinois Pay Range

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour USD

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the State of Illinois Pay Transparency Act, Illinois Pay Transparency Law. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.
