In this exciting role, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance their home experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships through various sales techniques.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess water quality and customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate Culligan products and services effectively.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve sales processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home services or water treatment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about water solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
