Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: NYCReports to: VP of Accounting

Required
· Strong knowledge of corporate real estate and/or construction accounting principles and practices.· Proficiency in GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.· Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, Chase Document Exchange, etc.· Demonstrated experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries.· Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.
Preferred
· Experience in startups, venture-backed companies, or growth-stage environments.· A builder and operator mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.· Comfort working cross-functionally with construction, operations, and leadership teams.
