Job Description

The Sr. Manager Production Planning & Control (PP&C), CVS is responsible for overseeing forecasting, production planning, data analysis, and resource management processes to support the CVS line of business. This role will lead strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with operational goals, and manage a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and reporting. The Sr. Manager PP&C will play a critical role in driving efficiency, enhancing operational performance, and supporting field-level execution. This position will also partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the success of new product and service launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of demand forecasts to support operational planning and resource allocation across the CVS line of business.
  • Oversee aggregate and backlog planning to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery of services.
  • Drive materials requirement planning and ensure alignment with organizational financial and strategic goals.
  • Develop and optimize equipment and schedule planning models to improve production efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
  • Provide advanced reporting and analysis on performance metrics, trends, and seasonality adjustments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, operations, and IT to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance operational performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in forecasting, production planning, and data analysis.
  • Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated expertise in resource planning and operational efficiency improvements.
  • - Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with strategic planning and execution at a senior level.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CVS-specific operations, tools, and systems.
  • Background in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
