As a Facilities/Equipment Manager at Restoration Resources, Inc, you will be a part of a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect. The Facilities/Equipment Manager performs general maintenance on our shops, office, and equipment to ensure the smooth operation and professional appearance of our equipment, fleet vehicles, and facilities. • Inspect and identify equipment, vehicles, buildings, and machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
• Performs routine maintenance on shops and office.
• Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities and equipment
• Maintains maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles.
• Informs supervisor of supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Position Requirements

• General knowledge of equipment and repairs.
• Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and small power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for periods of time.
• Ability to push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
