Insurance Associate (Customer Based)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time - US)

Position Overview:
We are seeking 4-5 skilled Insurance Associates to join our remote team from Pakistan. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for data entry, quotes, and remarketing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior insurance experience (at least 3 - 6 months) who are looking to be part of a dynamic and growing organization focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in generating and processing insurance quotes.
• Manage remarketing efforts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Support agents with servicing and CSR (Customer Service Representative) work.
• Collaborate with team members and agents across various locations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry is required. 3 - 6 months at least. 
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to generate and manage insurance quotes effectively.
• Experience with AMS (Agency Management System) like EZlynx is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
