Lead Full Stack Software Engineer - .NET, Angular, AWS - Hybrid

We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team located in Fort Mills, SC.

Job Overview:

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a core member working in a global team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

• Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor.  Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
• Collaborate on the design and development of the appropriate solution with client lead and/or project Architect.
• Ensure implementation, and deployment is done following best practices and client standards
• Engage in the process of developing technical documentation efforts and creation of user stories 
• Conduct code audits and reviews as required
• Develop unit testing of code components per the user story
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
• Participate in the creation of the WBS and backlog per sprint and assist PM in project planning
• Independently manage assigned tasks

• Attend sprint planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and report technical blockers to the project lead

   

• Passionate coder with 8+ years of enterprise software development experience
• Proficient expertise in C# and .NET technologies
• Well versed in various AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EKS, Glue, Elasticsearch, and EMR
• Experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks
• Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
• Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; adept at root cause analysis using logs and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and consulting skills; effective with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experienced in working with and leading globally distributed teams
• Proficient in agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Flexible and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Recognized as a future technology leader with a drive for continuous growth and innovation
• Client-facing and consulting experience highly valued
• Strong foundation in computer science: data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field
