This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As Director, Pricing Performance you will support areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are critical for Hilton to achieve profitable growth. On the Global Pricing & Inventory Team reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing Performance you will work on projects including leadership of the Commercial Actions program and RMS optimization.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead the Commercial Actions program end-to-end. This involves defining opportunities for new actions, planning waves, and approving target hotel lists. Additionally, it includes managing hotel communications and participation and leading implementation of actions.
  • Oversee Revenue Management System optimization efforts. Guide workstreams with the goal of improving system optimization globally.
  • Produce regular governance material: lead hotel/partner communications, prepare executive materials and program updates.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Align measurement and validation, applying results into program improvements
  • Prioritize requests from Revenue Management Product teams (internal and external), and Commercial Actions partners. Align operating model and adoption activities. Lead governance and regular program meetings.
  • Lead socialization, communications and operationalize escalations.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Commercial Actions program and strategies — own program design, guide targeting logic, action plans, and communications that sustain program scale and participation.
  • RMS/GRO Utilization & Adoption program - guide program priorities across roadmap and deliver optimization improvements.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) or more years of work experience in pricing, revenue management, analytics, change management, or other related expertise
  • Two (2) years of people management experience
  • You are familiar with Hilton technology (GRO, OnQ R&I, MSTR/HRH) or similar products (advanced, enterprise knowledge of CRS/RMS systems and capabilities)
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Work a hybrid office schedule out of your assigned work location

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of experience leading projects or strategic initiatives
  • Five (5) years of above property/portfolio/enterprise Revenue Management or Commercial leadership experience
  • Five (5) years people management experience
  • Experience in change management, program management
