This role is pivotal in transforming how we leverage data analytics to drive operational excellence, process automation, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, technically skilled, and strategic leader with a proven track record in data analytics, advanced reporting, and program management in a technology-driven environment.</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end analytics program management, including the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven processes and dashboards for the Technical Solutions organization</li><li>Develop and automate complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, SQL, Python)</li><li>Translate business needs into actionable data insights, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform executive decision-making</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives</li><li>Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders</li><li>Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions</li><li>Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and support business objectives</li><li>Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and security are maintained across all analytics initiatives</li><li>Mentor and train team members on advanced analytics tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your Experience </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent military experience required</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics program management, data analytics, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics, ETL processes)</li><li>Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations</li><li>Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free, high-impact analytical work</li><li>Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to independently identify, prioritize, and drive high-value initiatives</li><li>Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.</li><li>Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, CSM) is highly preferred.</li><li>Experience in leading cross-functional teams
