About the role

Description

The Yale School of Medicine seeks a well-trained hepatologist to serve as its Clinical Director of the Fatty Liver Disease Program. The successful candidate will work eight half-day clinical sessions weekly, consisting of a balance of outpatient clinics and endoscopy sessions. Also, the director will have an average of six weeks of inpatient service each year (inpatient liver firm and liver consult service), during which no outpatient sessions are scheduled. The inpatient liver service has fellows, residents, and an APP.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Medical Degree and be board-eligible in gastroenterology and have excellent clinical training in liver diseases. Salary and academic rank will be determined by previous experience.
