Position Overview:We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for building products, who can lead complex infrastructure development, and who loves to work in small fast-paced teams. This role will work across several various projects internally and will be leaned on for leadership and direction when it comes to DevOps best practices

Job Responsibilities:Design, implement, and contribute to the management of the cloud infrastructure solutions that align with the company’s objectives and cloud strategy.Collaborate with development teams to automate and optimize cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure a seamless infrastructure-as-code (IaC) environment.Enforce best practices for cloud security, including managing access controls, monitoring security compliance, and conducting regular security assessments.Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on performance or security.Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring data integrity and availability across all cloud services.Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends to recommend and implement improvements to the cloud infrastructure.Contribute to the management of the organization’s on-premises servers, storage, and networking appliances, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and integration with cloud services.Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades of on-premises infrastructure to meet security standards and operational requirements.
Basic Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer3+ years of experience working on multiple projects/productsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong in AWS, GitLab, Terraform, Docker, and KubernetesExtensive experience working on AWS tools such as Lambda, API Gateways, CloudWatch, ECS, Kinesis, and especially KafkaExperience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)Extensive experience with EKS and multi zone deployment Experience in building and automating CI/CD pipelines, and good IAC KnowledgeDeep knowledge of multiple cloud platforms, advanced automation techniques, extensive experience in architecting and scaling the infrastructure, and a strong understanding of DevOps best practices and methodologiesStrong understanding of microservices architectureBasic Elastic Search Knowledge Strong communication and teamwork skillsVery detail oriented and a self-starter
