Leading The Data Integration Developer holds the responsibility for leading and managing the design, development, and implementation of the Americas Regional Reporting Databases. Their role will be inclusive of maintaining data integration solutions that enable seamless and efficient data flow across various systems, applications, and databases for all regional team members from Managers to Sole Contributors. This work will support the operational aspects of Risk Mitigation Strategies within the Fluence Organization and redefine how the marginal losses are reduced, and gains are improved. This role requires the defined Career Professional to build strong relationships across aisles both domestically and globally to enable cross collaborative process development and leadership aiding the acceleration of profitable growth.ResponsibleFluence is defined by its unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and integrity. The Data Integration Developer will:•            Collaborate with America’s Project Regional stakeholders to understand the needs and usage of analytics driven platforms designed to accelerate data processing and analysis and provide real-time insights for business users such as Incorta.  •            Serve as a liaison with the company IT teams to understand company mandated data integration system capabilities to enable scalable data integration solutions that meet business needs and align with data governance standards.•            Implement data integration strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives and tailored to the regional needs so that both the user and the manager can maintain efficiencies. •            Create both short term and long-term plans for data integration improvements through the engagement with users and managers of the tools.•            Launch training initiatives to educate all teams within the region on the functionality of digital user interfaces, and creation of reports to support presentation development further utilized to update the organization’s management team.  •            Participate in the engagement of technical issues management to streamline the understanding of the required reporting of serial and latent issues in addition to the implementation of fields that support in the filtering of issues based on the responsible and accountable stakeholders throughout the central and regional organizations. •            Drive the innovation of automated budget and resource allocation tools utilized for operational initiatives by forming relationships with Project Engineering, Commissioning, Project Management and Scheduling Teams.   

What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the Energy Generation Business with a combined knowledge of developing and implementing database management systems and leading and advising innovative efforts to improve reporting systems.
