Director of Marketing & Communications

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period
Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on departmental needs and community events.

This position leads the development, implementation, and management of marketing, communications, and public relations strategies for the Mankato Clinic.  The role oversees brand management, digital marketing, reputation management, internal/external communications, and media relations to advance the Clinic’s mission and strengthen community trust.

Additional key responsibilities include administration of the Mankato Clinic Foundation, coordination of organizational strategic planning, and overseeing the patient experience survey process.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics, social media management, and online reputation management
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills
• Supervisory experience

Benefits & Compensation:

Salary Range: $120,432-$180,544, depending on experience.
