What you’ll do:

• Be the brain of the project for DreamHack Festival’s onsite activations – ensure that the right stakeholders have the right information and resources at the right time in order to work towards a common goal
• In cooperation with our sales team, create scopes of work and project budgets with client input
• Execution of the project strategy with strong understanding of the product and community to enhance quality of product, service, and broadcasts
• Plan, organize and execute projects within the DreamHack Festivals in the US
• Liaise with the Product Team about vision and strategy of the DreamHack Festival Products and additional content
• Coordinate and manage the set-up and production on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
• Manage project budgets and expenses in real-time
• Work with international teams on global project deliveries
• Respond to others in a timely and courteous manner
• Create timelines, deliverables, and goals for your project and hold others accountable for their deliverables
• Support the DreamHack Festivals project team globally if the schedule allows

Requirements

What you need:

Must Haves:

• +5 years of experience in event driven project management
• Use strong project management, organizational and time management skills together with critical thinking to complete work with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate effective leadership skills as well as accurate and clear communication to supervise, facilitate, motivate and inspire a highly diverse group of employees
• Must be proficient in operating Microsoft Office suite, as well as Google products (Drive, Docs, etc)
• An understanding of esports and gaming titles, league structures and game formats. Ability to familiarize yourself with different gaming communities
• Understanding of and/or background in broadcast production is a plus (a
