We stay professional in getting things done, but remember not to leave our passion and fun behind.</span></p><p><span>We are currently looking for a <strong>SME Lending Senior </strong></span><span><strong>Product Owner</strong> </span><span>ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.</span></p> <h3>What you will be doing?</h3> <ul><li><p>Shape and drive our credit product roadmap for SME segment, aligning with strategic objectives</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers, representing their needs and requirements to the development team.</p></li><li><p>Define and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and customer needs, working closely with the development team to ensure alignment with technical feasibility and delivery timelines.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are clear and well-understood and that user stories are effectively broken down and estimated.</p></li><li><p>Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders and the development team.</p></li><li><p>Regularly review progress and adjust priorities based on feedback, performance, and changing business needs.</p></li><li><p>Actively seek out and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and customers to improve the product continuously.</p></li><li><p>Act as the final decision-maker on product features and priorities, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements and best practices related to the product domain and make recommendations for improvements and new features</p></li><li><p>Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, the development team, and other cross-functional teams involved in the product development</p></li><li><p>Participate in product-related meetings, such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper Software Development Life Cycle</p></li></ul> <h3>Skills you should have</h3> <ul><li><p>8+ years in digital banking or fintechs, blending financial, commercial and technical expertise</p></li><li><p>SME segment know how and experience with focus on lending and credit products for the segment</p></li><li><p>Analytical skills for market dynamics and quick learning ability for evolving regulations</p></li><li><p>Strategic planning skills, aligning decisions with long-term organisational goals</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in managing product backlogs and prioritising user stories</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with JIRA for managing product backlogs</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the product domain and economic, industry trends including relevant technologies and customer needs</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding credits and lending on Polish and EU market</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, networking, and information-gathering skills</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder engagement, team spirit, and assertive diplomacy for effective collaboration</p></li><li><p>High integrity, adaptability, and proactive mindset in handling multiple responsibilities</p></li></ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <span>You will get an opportunity to work in an <strong>innovative, digital bank </strong>applying state of the art approaches and technologies.<br/>You will be provided an <strong>Individual Development Budget</strong>, dedicated to enhancing your professional skills.<br/>If your role permits, we also offer <strong>flexible work location</strong>.<br/>You and your closest family will be covered with <strong>VIP-level private medical care</strong> which includes <strong>dental treatment</strong> and a<strong> hospitalisation package</strong>. <br/>We care for our colleagues’ well being, therefore we cover <strong>psychological consultations</strong> if you ever feel you need such support. <br/><strong>Aion bank account</strong> without fee. <br/>We co-sponsor your <strong>Multisport
