What You’ll Do
As a Market Development Representative (MDR), you’ll play a key role in our sales team’s success by identifying and connecting with local businesses who can benefit from our solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting local businesses through outbound calls, personalized emails, and in-person visits.
• Identifying key decision-makers and uncovering their current technology needs.
• Setting qualified appointments for our senior sales representatives.
• Tracking your outreach and leads in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Staying current on our technology solutions to confidently communicate value to potential customers.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with transferable experience in areas like sales, lead generation, or any role that involved outbound calling, in-person client outreach, or relationship building. Our ideal candidate brings:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (B2B or B2C sales, lead generation, or business development).
• Confidence speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• A strong work ethic, persistence, and a drive to succeed in a sales environment.
• Comfort with technology — experience using CRM software is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local outreach.
