Description
The Fee For Service Clinician (FFS) will provide comprehensive clinical services to a wide range of outpatient clients including individuals with substance use disorders and other health diagnoses on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for a motivated and independent clinician who enjoys the flexibility of managing their own caseload while being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
- Provide clinical assessments and therapy services to clients in person and/or via telehealth.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in the field of mental health.
- Comply with all relevant ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and organizational policies.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/CREDENTIALS:
• Master’s degree in mental health, social work, counseling or any closely related field required
• License Eligible preferred; Must be pursuing licensure status and attain licensure within 5 years.
• Able to maintain MA state professional license; completes required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for renewal.
• Must demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of clinical theory and practice.
• Must possess strong organizational and clinical communication skills.
• Strong Computer Literacy
• Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program.
For substance abuse clinicians:
• Minimum 1-year supervised substance abuse counseling experience; ability to work with court mandated clients.
