We are seeking a Data Cost Analyst to join our team in Toledo, OH.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Participate in the development and improvement of project controls systems and processes. Design and implement improvements in systems, tools and templates, and methods of project controls and project management.
• Manage the project-level forecasting process for all projects - communicate forecasting deliverable requirements and monthly deadlines; ensure end-users perform all CMS system requirements to publish updated forecasts; perform quality assurance checks on all submitted forecasts.
• Manage the month-end pre-close variance process for all projects - create and maintain tools and templates to be populated by end users to provide detailed variance analysis and explanation; provide quality assurance checks on data to ensure all variances are properly accounted for and information provided is accurate and correct; ensure final variance reports are published and shared.
• Manage the month-end basis of forecast reporting process for all projects - create and maintain tools and templates to be populated by end users to provide detailed forecast basis information; provide quality assurance checks to ensure the content of all forecasts are fully documented, and any risks, assumptions and exclusions are detailed for LT review.
• Create, maintain, and update bespoke reporting dashboards in Power BI - design and build report layouts within Power BI; export, convert and merge complex data from multiple systems per the reporting deliverable timetable, and publish updated dashboards for review.
• Manage the period close process within the CMS system - perform quality assurance checks on data within the system to ensure close out can be completed; perform snapshot of all system data prior to close; action close out process.
• Perform periodic quality checks on CMS system to ensure data integration from other system is working as intended, report and liaison with appropriate stakeholders of any anomalies.
• Manage the change order process for all projects - create and maintain change request templates and the master change order log; track the workflow of all submitted change orders from initiation to final approval and reporting; provide LT and project teams with change order logs, and project/program-level dashboard reports.
• Create and maintain the templates for funding authorization documents - ensure accurate project assignment and DOA information is reflected in decision support packages documents; providing quality assurance checks on end-user copies of the document, to ensure they are completed correctly prior to funding authorization; and any TIC deviations or Plan deviations are understood and documented. Manage the importing of information from the approved documents into the CMS system.
• Support continuous improvement scopes of work and have a direct and profound effect on a data-driven organization. 
• Manage manual system inputs to override CBS EPCCC data, when system-generated coding is incorrect and needs to be overridden to ensure accurate reporting at EPCCC level.
• Assist in project close out activities and cost benchmarking tasks through the provision of historical cost data to third party auditors.
• Manage KPI dashboards that report out critical project and portfolio schedule, cost, and safety information in form of measurable metrics to provide inflight health indicators to allow for proactive intervention and por
