Job Description:

The Operating Department Leader is responsible for contributing to and executing strategies within the Oxnard Plant and Family Care organization. They play a key role in identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. They work under limited supervision and are often involved in internal and external influencing.

Key Responsibilities:
