This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars.
This internship will be located in SeaTac, WA. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Key Duties
- Analyze data from guest satisfaction, flight attendant comments and delay information to create actionable insights into the performance of the Food, Beverage and Catering Operations teams.
- Perform analysis on retail program sales and take-rate data combined with waste and guest feedback on our fresh food pre-order program; then partner with various team leads to create strategies and tactics to improve sales, reduce costs and increase guest satisfaction.
- Provide support for Inflight Guest Products dashboard and reporting by using various productivity tools such as Excel to automate and streamline current reporting and analytics processes.
- Support our business management team with reviewing budgets and preparing data for our annual budget planning process.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
- Working toward a Bachelors degree with a focus in Analytics/Data Science, Operations, Marketing or Customer Experience.
- Experience working in Excel and other office productivity tools such as PowerPoint.
- Basic coursework in Finance, Accounting and Mathematics.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
- Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- Analytics tool exposure to programs such as Tableau or Power BI helpful but not required.

Starting Rate
USD $25.00/Hr.Bonus

Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and Horizon Air pay and benefits can vary by company, location, number of regularly scheduled hours worked, length of employment, and employment status.
