Purpose Summary
The Districts Service Delivery Consultant will work as a member of the Districts Service Delivery Partner team role and will focus on teacher effectiveness and student success with Pearson’s District Partnerships. Responsibilities for this role include teacher hiring and onboarding, professional development, daily supervision and evaluation for teachers, and departmental projects as assigned. The Consultant will report to the Districts Service Delivery Partner.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities
Cultivates a positive, inclusive work environment
Supports organizational redesign and provides coaching and training to help the team during the transition
Leads the successful delivery of services and supports to a group of partner schools
Builds meaningful relationships with school leaders to build trust and credibility to the services provided in collaboration with School Success Partners
Provides ongoing leadership to a cross-functional team responsible for service delivery to assigned partner schools
Manages the coordination of services that are being delivered to meet the needs of assigned partner schools
In collaboration with Success Partner, identifies teacher staffing
