Annual Salary: $95,000

** This is a fully remote-based opportunity where you must reside and work from California. This role may also require occasional travel (via automobile and/or air travel) and overnight stays near existing clients (pending the status of the pandemic). **

** Work hours for this opportunity are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific. **

What you’ll do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement operations for small and large contracts in the healthcare space (federal, state, commercial); support other company initiatives/projects as needed.
  • Develop and deliver documentation including, but not limited to, project schedule, executive and customer status report, risk management plan, communication management plan, customer meeting agenda/notes, internal meeting agenda/notes, and business requirements documentation.
  • Review and support operations’ development and submission of written project deliverables; obtain all necessary customer signoffs.
  • Manage issues and risks, work with the team to develop mitigation strategies, drive issues to resolution, and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
  • Develop operational and technical/system process workflows for new business opportunities incorporating operations, technology, and reporting.
  • Write business requirements for technology configuration, public websites, and reporting and lead sessions with operations and technical teams to support the development of thorough requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing, often bridging the gap between IT and Operations.
  • Support the clinical team in developing Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs), Clinical Documentation Audits (CDAs), and Inter-rater Reliability (IRR) tracking methods and reporting.
  • Develop and analyze weekly performance metrics.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance activities for the program and provide continuous improvement strategies, methodology, techniques, and data analysis.
  • Utilize your project management skills to support other priority projects successfully.
  • Quickly learn our healthcare: Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), and assessment workflow technology, with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
