We’re looking for a technical leader to spearhead the design, architecture, and development of Signal—our enterprise-grade software platform. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution.

• Recommend tools and frameworks that align with evolving business needs
• Provide lifecycle leadership—from planning through production support

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

We're seeking a highly skilled engineer with 8+ years' experience in software development, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role. This role demands deep proficiency in .NET technologies (.NET Framework, Core, DI, package management), along with advanced skills in distributed systems and microservices design.

You will be a hands on developer with a keen sense of design and architectural experience.
Candidates will ideally demonstrate front-end capabilities using React, Redux, or React Native, backed by advanced knowledge of SQL Server (including tuning and optimization), and solid experience building RESTful and gRPC APIs.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and responsive web design (HTML5, CSS3) is essential.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus.
