Job description:
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Collaboration Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable Microsoft 365 solutions. This role demands hands-on experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and a solid understanding of collaboration governance and cross-tenant environments. Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Azure Purview is a plus.  

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions aligned with business needs. Lead migration efforts for Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Configure and manage cross-tenant synchronization and multi-tenant environments. Apply deep knowledge of Entra ID to support identity and access management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms. Develop and maintain technical documentation for collaboration configurations and processes. Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and emerging collaboration technologies. Deliver training and workshops to enhance user adoption and best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory standards. Support modern conference room technologies and digital signage solutions. Implement governance strategies for SharePoint Online, retention policies, and Graph API usage. Leverage Microsoft Azure for cloud-based integrations and solutions.

Required Skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration solution design and implementation. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Experience managing multiple tenants and configuring cross-tenant synchronization. Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, including site management and retention policies. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. Experience designing M365 tenant-to-tenant migration strategies for Exchange Online and Entra ID.

Desired Skills:
Advanced expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), including cross-tenant migration. In-depth experience with Exchange Online configuration and domain migration. Proficiency in PowerShell for automation of migration tasks. Understanding of Microsoft security best practices, compliance frameworks, and Zero Trust principles. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (5,000+ users).
