Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement excellence? Do you thrive on building strong relationships with business leaders and suppliers, and driving category strategy to new heights? If so, we want you on our team as the Business Enablement Lead for Strategic Sourcing!

What You'll Do:

As the Business Enablement Lead, you'll be at the heart of our procurement strategy, guiding the Financial Services, Corporate Services, Travel, and Facilities Management categories. Your role will be to champion category strategies, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure our procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll also serve as the process leader for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, driving the development of innovative technology solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of winning category strategies in key areas, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Build Relationships: Form strong connections with senior stakeholders and strategic suppliers to foster collaboration and drive procurement success.
• Drive Excellence: Oversee strategic sourcing activities, from supplier selection and negotiation to governance and relationship management, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Monitor Performance: Ensure high supplier performance, risk mitigation, and service excellence while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead P2P Innovation: Act as the process champion for our P2P system, collaborating with teams to enhance technology and streamline procurement processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in procurement, category management, or a related role.
• Deep expertise in procurement processes, market research, and supplier management.
• Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to analyze data and make impactful decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet (a plus).
• Proven success in managing categories such as financial services, corporate services, travel, or facilities.
